Job Role International Voice Process – Technical Support Executive Job Location 📍 Chandigarh, India Candidates from Chandigarh and nearby locations will be given preference for this role. Salary Package 💰 Up to 3.6 LPA The salary package will depend on the candidate’s communication skills, technical knowledge, and interview performance. Eligibility Criteria Candidates applying for this position must have a technical educational background . Eligible qualifications include: • B.Tech / B.E • BCA • MCA • B.Sc IT • Any other equivalent technical degree Both freshers and candidates with basic technical knowledge are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Selected candidates will work with international customers and provide technical support to resolve their issues. Primary responsibilities include: • Handling international customer calls and providing technical assistance • Troubleshooting software, system, or technical issues • Understanding customer problems and providing accurate solutions • Maintaining a professional and customer-friendly communication style • Ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution • Working in rotational shifts to support global customers Candidates will also be required to maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and follow company support protocols.
