Job Details Job Role: Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) Location: Delhi, India Experience Required: 2 – 7 Years Job Function: Human Resources Qualification: MBA in Human Resources Application Deadline: 31 March 2026 Job Overview The Human Resource Business Partner will be responsible for supporting business teams by implementing strategic HR initiatives and ensuring that workforce management aligns with business goals. The HRBP will collaborate with senior leaders, HR teams, and cross-functional departments to create a productive, engaged, and high-performing workforce. This role involves managing HR operations, talent retention strategies, employee engagement programs, and HR analytics to improve overall organizational performance. Key Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for managing several HR initiatives and talent processes to strengthen the workforce and support business growth. Some of the major responsibilities include: Managing unit-level HR initiatives based on business requirements Handling talent management programs including career planning and succession planning Supporting rewards and recognition initiatives to motivate employees Monitoring HR metrics and analytics to measure workforce performance Ensuring staffing requirements are fulfilled for the assigned unit Managing employee engagement programs such as surveys, open houses, and leadership connect sessions Working closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with business objectives Identifying and retaining high-performing and critical talent within the organization Supporting performance management processes across the business unit Driving employee retention strategies and workforce development initiatives Managing HR compliance, audits, reporting, and HR analytics The HRBP will also be responsible for ensuring smooth communication between leadership and employees to maintain a healthy and positive work culture.
