Some of the major responsibilities include: Managing unit-level HR initiatives based on business requirements Handling talent management programs including career planning and succession planning Supporting rewards and recognition initiatives to motivate employees Monitoring HR metrics and analytics to measure workforce performance Ensuring staffing requirements are fulfilled for the assigned unit Managing employee engagement programs such as surveys, open houses, and leadership connect sessions Working closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with business objectives Identifying and retaining high-performing and critical talent within the organization Supporting performance management processes across the business unit Driving employee retention strategies and workforce development initiatives Managing HR compliance, audits, reporting, and HR analytics The HRBP will also be responsible for ensuring smooth communication between leadership and employees to maintain a healthy and positive work culture.
